Healing can feel most chaotic and overwhelming if we do not have the awareness of what life is presenting to us in health, relationships and experiences.
Yet when we hold awareness we have the ability to make conscious choices and changes for our highest good, with the imperative self care techniques to support us.
Using meditation as a support tool, they both do a guided meditation.
I talk you through being more connected to your physical body and the energy of the chakras to ground and open the energy centres to support the release process.
Emma goes another level of connecting to your body spirit to listen and understand what it needs from you.
