Purification of the old and Reclaiming Your Power and Authority

We are going through huge shifts individually and collectively! The purification of the old un-serving beliefs and patterns, learnt and inherited, to be the Sovereign beings that we are, our truth.
We are purging physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually and it is exhausting, especially as our nervous systems are the ones purging.
It all feels like it is being led by an uprising from within the Earth, the encapsulation dissolving, a fountain of truth, that shows us our illusions, the behaviours that limit us, and to remember our gold, out innate wisdom through ancestor and soul lineage.

Reclaiming Your Mental Energy

This episode goes into how our mental energy is being farmed through press and main stream media, social media and the use of psychological "warfare", the constant scrolling and fake dopamine kicks that are keeping us locked in a cycle of disempowerment and dependency.
I share how we can become more conscious in our thoughts, reclaim our mental energy and claim our power authority and sovereignty. How to create space for conscious reflection, to break patterns of wounds and un-serving relationships to hold a greater perspective, to gain the learning and insights rather than remaining in the cycle of trigger and reaction, of reacting to others wounds with your wounds!
I talk about how we need to practice self-care to create our inner safety, especially for those that may not have experienced true safety and support as a child, form physical to mental abuse and manipulation.
I share the insights of Brene Brown of the emotion Hubris - which may remind you of a certain "leader" (i mean leader loosely!)

Feminine Power and Toxic Masculinity - A Perspective to Shift Humanity

This episode goes into the depths of toxic masculinity, misogyny and how the feminine power has been suppressed, abused and denied.
I share how what we are seeing in the outer world, as the feminine rises within us all, is a great spotlight on all that no longer serves us, individually and collectively.
How the suppression of the feminine and of women runs deep to our veins, blood and bones and as it unearths, we are becoming conscious of.
The power is in holding a higher perspective and awareness of such,  rather than being held in victim-hopeless energy, we need to shift to empowerment, both men and women - to find equality, peace and sovereignty.
The feminine is the essence that heals our wounds, we deny her, we deny our happiness and joy - we live a life of separation and disconnect, that fuels an inner vacuum of unfulfillment that cannot be quenched from outer consumption!
I share my experience of abuse and misogyny and how society has become "accepting" to it, it's kinda like the dirty pile of laundry that you become blind to eventually! 
It is subtle and ingrained in our programming, we need to have emotional intelligent, conscious conversations, to call out the shadows to heal, rather than judge, condemn and shame.
As shame holds it underground - it isn't talked about and it grows like a fungus in the dark!
