It’s OKAY not to Be OKAY! - Navigating the Healing Process
It's okay not to be okay sometimes!
Often we delve deep into murky depths to recognise what leaden emotions, beliefs and patterns we are carrying that restricts our experience of joy, of love and our inner peace.
It is a process that we allow ourselves to trust in, to know that this too shall pass and to learn what we need to heal with love, acceptance and compassion for self, to lighten our load.
To hold a space for ourselves to heal our wounds, to recognise our old un-serving ways of thoughts and release through the process of acceptance and forgiveness.
This podcast touches on gut and boundary issues and how this may show up in our health mind and body.
And ultimately our life is about choices, what we choose to feel, see and be in this world.
